VACANCIES
The Solutions Factory is looking for
a Software Developer
Salary £20k to £30k
plus a percentage of profits on work completed by yourself (potential
10k or more in first year alone; no limit – it just depends
how productive you are).
The Solutions Factory is expanding
to further develop its ERP systems for national and international
clients. We are looking for you to help drive that development.
The Solutions Factory will give you the opportunity to develop
complete systems from the initial design to development, support
and maintenance.
Have the satisfaction of knowing that thousands of people are
using systems developed by you to carry out their daily work.
We are a small business that develops
world class beating systems for a wide range of organisations
from the Ministry of Defence, GE, Capita, insurance companies,
finance companies, manufacturing companies, hospitals, football
clubs, museums through to retail outlets. Systems operate on
a local, national and international basis.
Solutions range from enterprise resource
planning, office management, accounting, venue management through
to ecommerce systems. Most are now based on Extranet technologies.
Salary negotiable and with huge potential if you can help to
build the business. The percentage of profits gives you a unique
opportunity to get the benefits of being a shareholder in the
business without having to invest a large capital yourself by
buying shares. If you are productive enough you could see an
additional £10k in the first year alone.
Requirements
Skills in ASP, ASP.Net & SQL Server.
Experience not a pre-requisite, but
dedication, hard work, flexibility, multi-tasking, speed, open
mindedness and imagination are.
Ability to quickly understand all
aspects of our clients’ businesses
and provide them with an exemplary service. You will not be given
explicit specifications; you must be able to understand what
the customer needs.
Ability to take full responsibility
for projects and complete them within short timescales, with
little direction. Ability to manage this in addition to handling
urgent support and upgrade issues as and when they arise.
Ability to examine and rapidly understand
existing in house code, upgrade existing systems and develop
new systems based on those styles without ‘re-inventing
the wheel’.
