To NELC members. Students could be encouraged to join the various Cadet Associations, CCF & Scout Associations, using the Inventors Club website. NELC members would benefit during their recruitment programme, as it is more likely that an ex cadet would consider joining the Reserves, this means the Young Inventors website would be the best avenue for employers to find new young employees for their companies. Companies would gain recruits who have acquired many skills & team leadership qualities that would achieve better management & team workmanship and a loyalty understanding second to none.
